Acquisition Gillain & Co by Heleon Group

On the 26th of March 2018 Gillain & Co was acquired by Heleon Group to achieve their growth ambitions. Its product portfolio compliments and extends that of the Heleon Group. The joining of forces will enhance the market position, service and stock position for both Gillain & Co and Heleon Group.

For the past 143 years, Gillain & Co has been supplying components and equipment to the food and life sciences industries.
Heleon Group was established in 2000 and has offices in both Belgium and The Netherlands. It offers an extensive range of high purity system components for use in the (bio)pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries.

Gillain & Co will be expected to continue operating as usual and as an independent company. Both parties are dedicated to maintaining and increasing the quality of support and service that you have come to expect from them.
